Q. What is Honor Your Rhythms’s return policy?
A. Due to the nature of my items, all items are final sale. Please contact me if your shipment was damaged in transit. Photographs of damaged items may be required for a postal claim. Please do not throw out any items or packaging materials until we speak. I am happy to make any damaged orders right.
Q. How can I contact Honor Your Rhythm for questions and wholesale or custom orders?
A. I am a small batch business only, I have a waiting list for most of my products and I no longer offer wholesale. However, I am working with local New England businesses in promoting the product and a list of locations will be forth coming. Q. Are HYR’s products vegan?
A. Yes, all products are vegan and cruelty free. However, the BEE Happy Honey + Shea Candle contains beeswax and honey.
Q. When will I get my order?
A. I currently have a 7-10 business day turnaround. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your chosen shipping option. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking. The tracking code will be sent to you over email when the order has shipped.
